The Wasteland Package

The standard Wasteland Package comprises your booking page, promotional material, return travel, accommodation, lift pass, resort reps and all tolls, tourist taxes as well as the benefits of ABTA membership. Online Booking System

Luxury Coach Transport

• All coaches fitted with AC, DVD, CD, WC and snow chains
• No coach older than 5 years
• All ferries and tolls paid for
• Average journey time is 12 hours from Calais
• Full travel E-tickets sent to all bookers

Self-catered Accommodation

• Fully equipped for self-catering with EVERYTHING you would need
• Wasteland Ski (along with our purchase partners) is the only tour op to actually OWN the buildings you stay in. Benefits include no families mixed with student groups, fewer issues with noise and flexibility in terms of check-out / luggage storage
• All accommodation is central, close to the ski lifts as well as the Yeti bars we own, ski hire shops and supermarkets

Lift passes

• Standard 6 day lift pass with every package to run Sunday through to Friday
• Individually signed out the day before in resort
• All electronic passes (except Risoul where we take care of the photos for you)
• Upgrades available at a discount rate online at the time of booking if applicable for your chosen resort

Resort Reps

• Wasteland are the only company to provide reps at the ratio of 1:30
• Fully trained in the UK and resort, specific to each group
• Head office on call in resort as well as French company offices in the Alps for added support
• French speaking Head Reps and 80% return rate of infantry reps creating a strong experienced team at our / your disposal
• 24-7 rota including daily office hour, room rounds, committee meetings, social duty, night-time safety and security staff
• Coach departure reps from and to the UK

Promotion and Design Expertise

• In house design and promo expertise to provide your club with the powerful tools you need to sell the trip
• Fliers, posters and banners as standard for every group of 45+
• Facebook and social media advertising provided to really engage your potential trippers

Food and Après

• Any number of evening meals available to include in the package or to sell online

Lessons, Hire and Beginners

• Lessons available online for 2 hour refreshers, 6 hours or 10 hours of all levels
• Bronze, silver, gold and platinum ski and snowboard hire offered online at heavily discounted prices
• Beginner’s Packages combining bronze hire and 10 hours of tuition available at a MASSIVE discount for all first-timers
• Beginner’s clothing packages on offer too as a cheap way of getting the essential ski wear with breaking the budget
• Freestyle / Racing / Off-Piste / Avalanche workshops available

• Student friendly advice on the dangers of drinking in the Alps, the weather, the snowpark, Avalanches and more
• Safety wristband included for all trippers for awareness and identification
• 24/7 emergency rep on call for every group and visible sober night duty patrol reps on all night, every night
• Winter sports insurance required for travel and available to purchase at student friendly prices online if not already owned
